How do I return an item?

As all products purchased from KicksandSnares.com are software-based, we review return/refund requests on defective software and materials only. If your product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the same software, at no extra charge to the purchaser. Please send all return/refund requests to web [at] KicksandSnares.com, as well as your reason for such request. A reply will be sent to you after it has been determined if a return/refund is necessary. If it is determined that your product is defective, we will notify you of an Exchange Authorization Number that will be used to return your software. The returned product(s) must include all its packaging and documentation. Packing the product for undamaged return is your responsibility. All returned products must be returned as the purchaser originally received them. Once we receive the defective product(s), a new verified-working version of the product(s) you purchased will be sent to you.



In the event of any monetary refund, the return payment shall be for 50% of the value of the products less shipping and handling costs, and only if the following actions have been completed within thirty days of purchase:

  1. The request for a refund is received by KicksandSnares, in writing (E-mail or snail mail); phone calls will not be sufficient. The request for a refund must include: Order #, date of purchase, name under which the products were purchased/registered, name of person the item was billed to, the e-mail address used at the time of purchase and manner in which the purchase was paid for(i.e., Credit Card, Purchase Order, Check, Money Order, Wire, etc)
  2. If mailed, the DVD/CD is returned with original packaging

The refund will be processed in the same manner as payment was made.
