I used KicksandSnares drum samples for both my first two Major placements for 50 Cent and Jay-Z. Initially the drum samples are great for outboard usage but if you are using computer based production tools the drum samples provided in these kits are more than adequate to give your tracks a distinctive difference. I previously wrote a review on this Site and I was a bit upset at what turned out to be some misunderstanding. Anyway to make a longstory short, they(K&S) attempted to email me the kits I ordered but my mail box was not able to hold all the kits. I then gave them my business emailand they sent the kits within a half hour and they personally called me to straighten this situation out. That's something you don't hear oftenfrom online merchants. I have over 1000 kicks andsnares from everywhere and I dont have a favorite set because I always end up filtering, layering and EQing my drum samples. These kits fromkicksandsnare.com changed that. The kicks and snares sound so good that the first beat I made with them I played the drum samples on the mpc for 24 bars straight. It helped give the track that live feel, I was never able to bring that feel to a track before, because the drum samples didn't sound good enough for me to even try to flip them and make them the center of attention.I'm so satisfied that whenever Im looking for new kits KicksandSnares.com is the first place Im going to look at.

I'm a producer and I have searched throughout the Internet and I haven't come across any website that guarantees quality product like KicksandSnares.com. Two days ago, I found K&S and I was HAPPY, really HAPPY. Every product they have promoted was worth every penny. Now that I have there samples I can be a different producer as a purpose to copy-cat from other super-producers like Dr.Dre, Just Blaze, etc. I can finally say I have a signature sound and I'm ready for the big boys. I love your demos. The Snare/Kick changes every 1 to 2 bars, which is great. You get a real good idea of what you are purchasing. Others' have 2 or 3 Snares per demo. This tells you nothing. People need Kicks, Snares and Hits. not Hi-Hats, not Basses and everything else. We (producers) getthose things from other online sources, It's a waste of your time. Stick to Kicks and Snares... I have purchased from many online Sites... You seem to be the ONLY Quality site other than Modernbeats.com as far as hip hop drum samples are concerned.
